When someone texts a number we operate, we receive and store:
We do not collect location data, we do not use tracking cookies on this website, and we do not buy or receive personal data from any third party.
To reply to the person, to book their consultation, and to hand the conversation to the law firm they were writing to. Nothing else. We do not use it to advertise, we do not profile anyone, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone under any circumstances.
Nobody else. Not advertisers, not data brokers, not other law firms.
Conversations are kept for as long as the firm's account is open, so the firm can see what was said to its prospective clients, and for twelve months afterwards. Then they are deleted. If someone replies STOP, we keep only the record that they opted out, which is what stops us contacting them again.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to vijoma241@gmail.com and a person will answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Messages are processed on servers in the United States and the European Union. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Conversations are held in an access-controlled database. Credentials are stored as secrets and are not written into any file or repository. Access is limited to the people who operate the service.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes and account holders are notified by email.
